Login first time to mail.google.com with your email address (is your username) and temp pw is Bozo8050! You will be prompted to choose a new password, then you can view mail.

For phone get the mobile app:
On computer you can view at mail.google.com. Staff docs are at drive.google.com. Please use a Gmail phone app for UB email on mobile.
